1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services of Stark Industries, trading as Duke Wedding & Events Management ("Dream Wedding"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all clients, vendors, and visitors of our platform and events.

2. Services Offered
Stark Industries, through Duke Wedding & Events Management, provides wedding and event planning, coordination, and management services in the United Arab Emirates. Our services include but are not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, design and decoration, catering management, and on-day event execution. All services are subject to availability and mutual agreement as outlined in a separate service contract.

3. Payments and Refunds
All payments for services must be made in accordance with the payment schedule agreed upon in your service contract. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment is due no later than 14 days before the event date. Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event may receive a partial refund, minus the deposit and any non-recoverable costs. Cancellations within 60 days of the event are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 30 business days and will be made to the original payment method. Stark Industries reserves the right to cancel services with a full refund if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling our obligations.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking our services. You are responsible for ensuring that all event details, including guest counts, dietary requirements, and special requests, are communicated in writing at least 30 days before the event. You must comply with all venue rules and UAE laws. Stark Industries is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by your failure to follow instructions or by the actions of your guests.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Stark Industries or its licensors and is protected by UAE intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission. Any photographs or videos taken by us during your event may be used for promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Stark Industries and Duke Wedding & Events Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or event cancellation due to force majeure events. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
